The performance of the Royan Health Research Charity is divided into 9 sections:
- In the grant section of study opportunities, Royan Health Research Charity Foundation has sent 8 researchers from Royan Institute to Italy, the Czech Republic, Germany, and America for 7 to 15 days at different times. A team of researchers handpicked by Royan have gained specialized skills in laboratory and clinical fields, under the guidance of the most renowned global research centers. They are now utilizing their acquired expertise to advance research in their respective fields.
- Royan Health Research Charity Foundation has provided financial support to 7 researchers to attend international conferences in Italy, the Czech Republic, Germany, and England by paying all expenses, for 7 days and the number of 2 researchers to participate in the international urology conference in Kish Island for 3 days. The successful presence of these researchers by presenting valuable articles has brought national prestige to our beloved country and has provided a field for joint research between the Royan Institute and internationally recognized research centers.
- Royan Health Research Charity Foundation has given significant contributions to the publishing and education department of Royan Institute for publishing scientific and educational books and to introduce the research institute and its great goals, which are to promote research and educational activities, diagnosis, and treatment in the field of rare and incurable diseases with emphasis on new technologies and methods, printing large quantities of folders, booklets, books and brochures and distributing them in scientific exhibitions, international and domestic conferences and meetings and also public meetings and public conferences.
- In another part, Royan Health Research Charity Foundation is signing a joint memorandum with the Urology and Nephrology Association of Iran, the Center for Research on Genetics and Rare Diseases, the Forensic Medicine Research Center, the Renal and Urinary Tract Research Center of Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences, Rare Diseases Foundation and most importantly with the Cell Science Research Center and the Reproductive Medicine Research Center of the Research Institute, which has the theme of implementing joint research projects in diseases Kidney, eye diseases, skin, diabetes and financial support of the institute is underway, which can be mentioned in a number of these projects: * Investigation of mutation of PKD2 and PKD1 genes in Iranian patients with polycystic disease
* The first phase of a randomized clinical trial to investigate the effectiveness of intrasphincteric injection of autologous muscle stem cells in the treatment of women's stress incontinence (mostly pregnant women suffer from this condition) - Royan Health Research Charity Foundation has financed the equipment of a large animal research surgery center in Kamard Jajroud.
- The Royan Institute is taking another important step by financing the construction, equipment, and completion of its cell therapy center. The center will be located on Bani Hashem Street at the end of Golberg Alley within the institute complex. The center will span across 2000 square meters and consist of 8 floors. It should be noted that this center is one of a kind and the most specialized cell therapy center in the country, which is being implemented as a trial (pilot) in Iran and the Ministry of Health has given it a license so that this exemplary center can implement the possibility of establishing an outpatient cell therapy trial in Iran.
- Holding various conferences on different occasions to identify benefactors and attract them in line with the activities of the institute, which has reached more than 10 big conferences since 2013.

- The institute's financial support in holding the international summer classes of Royan Institute as best as possible with the aim of teaching developmental biology and stem cells with the slogan of interdisciplinary science for tomorrow's medicine and introducing students of various fields of biological sciences, engineering, and medical with the presence of international professors.
